One of our most important assets is our ability to recruit aggressively, hiring and maintaining the technical staff that can meet our clients' challenges. Our recruiters are the advance guard of the InSys team, dedicated to bringing in hard-to-find talent in any geography.

All our consultants go through a three-stage screening process, to ensure consistent results:

  • Initial Interview – An InSys recruiter assesses the basic capabilities and character of the candidate, as well as the nature of our assignment profiles and the culture of our client base. Previous employment history is reviewed and references are comprehensively checked.
  • Technical Interview – A Senior InSys consultant with expertise in the same domain assesses the candidate's level of technical proficiency. Candidates are rated based on our understanding of the client's required skill set, as well as on oral and written communications.
  • Management Interview – A member of the InSys leadership team interviews all applicants who have cleared their Technical Interviews. The senior manager has the final hiring decision, after considering technical knowledge, work experience and inter-personal skills.
